Phil Duffy

Director


Phil Duffy is a Director of DSSR, with over 40 years in the industry, and a particular specialism for the hotel sector—in addition to student residences and residential projects.

Phil graduated as a mechanical engineer in 1979 before moving from his native New Zealand to the UK in the early 1980s. He joined DSSR in 1989, progressing to Director of our London office. A Chartered Engineer, Phil has been responsible for the management and delivery of many complex and large projects in a variety of market sectors both in the UK and overseas and continues to be actively involved in the technical and financial delivery of many of DSSR’s largest projects.
