The hotel comprises 173 rooms; full banqueting and conference facilities; state-of-the-art IT & entertainment systems and a central plant supporting an adjoining building of private high-specification apartments.

Our role in the project was to provide design input and technical support to the M&E subcontractor, oversee the procurement of M&E materials and equipment, coordinate the installation of M&E systems, commission M&E systems, and ensure that all M&E systems met the requirements of the client and the relevant building regulations.

The development is a significant project for the Aldwych area and has generated a substantial economic boost for the local community. During construction, the hotel created over 200 new jobs, which has further strengthened the local tourism industry.

The project has been designed to the highest standards, with all M&E systems conforming to UK regulations and client specifications. The building has been equipped with innovative and energy-efficient systems, making it both sustainable and cost-effective.
