DSSR carried out a survey of over 200 Police Scotland estates/properties in 2020/21 to assess the condition, any immediate maintenance/business continuity risks, and estimated maintenance and system replacement spend over a 5-year period.

As a follow on to this exercise, DSSR provided consultancy in relation to the most critical items to address as a priority and production of pricing package designs for various systems, including HVAC, life safety, security, power and lighting.

The DSSR team includes multiple staff with security clearance for work within the Police Scotland estate including Level 1 and Level 2.
