We were part of the design team which delivered a CAT B office fit-out for the global aviation company, Menzies Aviation. The project is situated within Edinburgh Park, one of Scotland’s premier business parks.

We helped to design modern Grade-A office accommodation, comprising a first-floor office suite to the proposed Graven layout, tailored to meet Menzies’ requirements. The office space was finished to a high-quality specification, including air conditioning, raised access floor, and LED lighting. The building also features a shared cafe, gym, parking, cycle storage, lockers and manned reception/ security.

DSSR was responsible for the full design of mechanical and PH services, natural ventilation from openable windows, modification to the existing VRF, new LED lighting, and the installation of new busbars with grommet desk solutions.

Founded in 1833, Menzies Aviation is an aviation services business providing ground handling, cargo handling, cargo forwarding and into-plane (ITP) fuelling.

They became the world’s largest aviation services company in 2022 when Agility, a supply chain services, infrastructure and innovation company, bought the business. As part of the deal, they combined with National Aviation Services, under the Menzies brand, to accelerate growth and shape the future of aviation.
