DSSR was part of the design team to refurbish a Justice Mill, formerly a Travelodge hotel in Aberdeen. It has now been successfully converted into student accommodation for ‘Homes for Students’ at Justice Mill Lane, Aberdeen.

Students can choose from a variety of studio rooms and one-bedroom apartments, sharing an on-site cinema room and a private dining room for group cooking sessions.

For this project, we provided Stage 3 performance specification and indicative MEP design strategy drawings. We also monitored the Stage 4 detailed design drawing and specification which was produced by the contractor.
