At DSSR we place strong value on the relationships we have with our employees. We recruit staff of all levels of experience that show technical ability, commitment and a desire to become part of our team. Among our recruits are a great number of graduates and trainees who take part in our ongoing Structured Development Programme. In many instances these individuals have stayed with the Firm for many years, running projects as senior members of staff. This is our commitment to career development.

We’ve joined “The 5% Club”.  This a movement of employers focused on creating momentum behind the recruitment of apprentices, sponsored students and graduates into work. Both large and small employers are involved from a wide range of sectors with the intention to make a difference, fill the skills gap and support the UK’s ability to compete in increasingly tough markets. DSSR already invests heavily in training and developing talent within the Firm, and currently sponsors 15 members of staff across the Group with various training programmes and qualifications. This number equates to 17% of our workforce, and as such we substantially exceed the 5% target.
