Job Description

We are looking for candidates who possess either a BSc/MSc or BEng/MEng in a subject related to Energy and Environmental Management, Sustainability, the Built Environment or Engineering, together with a good understanding of the fundamental principles of sustainability.

Throughout your time with DSSR, you will be trained and coached in the skills and competencies which will help you become successful in your career with us. You will also be provided with the opportunity to network with other graduates across the business, attending both social and learning events.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sustainability Graduate, you will gain experience in the broad range of sectors in which we operate, including industrial, education, healthcare, offices, residential, retail & leisure, law & order, and defence.

Desirable but not essential:
  • Some knowledge of the built environment project delivery process
