We focus on providing high-quality; comfortable; energy-efficient and smart living spaces ranging from large-scale master planning to individual dwellings for both the public and private sectors on brown-field and urban sites as well as refurbishments of existing dwellings.
Our involvement often begins with the planning stage including establishing the energy strategy and setting targets through to design completion and commissioning on site. The scale of our projects ranges from the low rise of a few stories to mid-rise of up to 30 storeys where we use our experience of mid to high-rise commercial buildings for designing and specifying the appropriate MEP services infrastructure and methods of installation.

Phil Duffy
Director
Phil is a Director of DSSR, with over 40 years in the industry, and a specialist understanding of the residential sector.
Phil graduated as a mechanical engineer in 1979 before moving from his native New Zealand to the UK in the early 1980s. He joined DSSR in 1989, progressing to Director of our London office. A Chartered Engineer, Phil has been responsible for the management and delivery of many complex and large projects in a variety of market sectors both in the UK and overseas and continues to be actively involved in the technical and financial delivery of many of DSSR’s largest projects.
